[The estimated birth of about 1671 is given with no basis or justification. This requires a marriage of the parents in early 1671, a birth in 1671 and another birth to sister Sarah in 1672 (recorded in Ipswich). It seems likely that the first daughter might be Sarah, and a marriage in 1693 would work well with a birth in 1674. The death record has no age at death, so without further evidence or some explanation beyond the obvious facts at hand, it seems more likely Mary was born about 1674. According to Snow-Estes, they resided in Ipswich until 1686.]
