  3.   Note: Source:Barry, William. History of Framingham, Massachusetts, p. 670, says this Mary Pike m. 18 Jul 1735 John Willis. There is a marriage in Hopkinton (VRs, p. 381) of John Wallis of New Sherburn [Douglas] to Mary Pick of Holliston on 17 Jul 1735, which is presumed to be what he is talking about. However, this is a different person, as the will of William Pike dated 21 Dec 1762 [Middlesex Probate 17633] bequeaths to "my Son in Law Moses Fay" and to "children of my beloved Daughter Fay deceas'd". There is an article on the Wallis family of Douglas in Maine Genealogist, Vol. 29, which covers several John Wallis (i.e., see p. 60, 62, 63) and this marriage is not mentioned, and who the "Mary Pick of Holliston" has not been determined.
