Mrs. Bert Tyler

Mrs. Mary Jane Tyler, aged 64, died Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Kathryn Hunsberger. She was born May 29, 1880 in Whitley County, IN, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Mohn. She was married to Bert Tyler, Dec. 1, 1898 at Larwill, IN. She is survived by her husband and 11 children; Mrs. Dorl Smith, Mrs. Lorel Holtz, Adrian Tyler, Douglas Tyler, Mrs. Walter Hunsberger, Mrs. William Kelly, all of Cassopolis. Joe Tyler of Mishawaka, Roscoe Tyler of Vandalia, Mrs. Roy Wetherbee of Three Rivers, Mrs. Russell Leach of Edwardsburg, Mrs. Maynard Wilson of Penn. 23 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; also by the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Charles Heiney and Mrs. Bernard Scheibiehut of Mishawaka, Mrs. Frank Davis of Toledo, Mrs. M. W. Hess of California, George Mohn and Jesse Mohn of Iowa.

The body was removed to the home of Mrs. Maynard Wilson Sunday. Services were held at 2:30 Monday at the Friends Church in Penn, conducted by Rev. Menno Richer, and interment was in the Prairie Grove Cemetery.

Former Resident Dies

Mrs. Bert Tyler, 64, died at Cassopolis, MI, where she had resided the past 30 years.

She was born in Richland Township and had been failing health for over two years. She was the daughter of Mrs. and Mrs. Daniel Mohn and she is survived by a number of relatives in Whitley County.

The husband and eleven children survive. Funeral services were held at Penn, MI at 2:30 P. M. last Monday.

Mrs. Ratio Smith is a cousin of Mrs. Tyler.
