Mary was the daughter of Samuel and Phillis (Austin) Lincoln, born 16 May 1762 in Windham, Connecticut.

Nothing else is known of Mary. No record of her death has been found in either Connecticut or Vermont.

There is no record of Mary joining the Congregational Church in Chelsea, so it's quite possible that Mary died sometime before the family moved to Chelsea in February 1788.
