Husband of Mary Henderson

The husband of Mary Henderson, a Mr. "Nokes" or "Noaks", who died prior to 1840, has not been located as yet. There is a Nokes/Noaks family in nearby Lincoln County, Kentucky that is likely the clue to his identity. Based upon Census records in Rockcastle County, Kentucky, the father of Mary Henderson's husband is likely either George Noaks, Thomas Noaks, or John Noaks, all brothers that appear in the 1810 Census in Rockcastle County. Additional research is needed.
