This is the Last Will and Testament of me Henry Sutton, Farmer, in the Parish of Gritjurk, in the County of Victoria Australia. I give and bequeath all my real and personal estate, to be equally divided between my two sons, Isaac and Francis Sutton, subject to the yearly sum of forty pounds to be paid by them or their heirs, to my wife Mary Sutton, during her life time. I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Mary Sutton, the old mare, Matilda, and her foal, and the use of my three milking cows, while she resides upon my farm.
And I hereby appoint Thomas Kerr, farmer, Gritjurk and Job Francis, teacher, Gritjurk, Executors of this my Will, as witness my hand, this 5th day of March 1874.
