Mary dau'r of Benj'a Gerrish and Mehitabel his Wife [Born] 12 Octo'r 1711. [Note: on page 88, attached to brother Benjamin's birth, is the footnote: "Born at Piscatiqua, as was also Mary of 1711". Also note: this is in conflict Benjamin's birth in May 1712, being only separated by 7 months. Since Mary's birth appears to have been reported some time after the fact, it may be that she was actually born in 1710?]
