The child of John Faunce Jr. & Ruth his wife
Mary Faunce born Oct. 24th 1734 (see page 65)
[Note: page 65 (p. 41 in published records) lists Mary as daughter of a different John Faunce, and makes Ruth the 2nd wife of that John Faunce (as does Source:Davis, William T. Ancient Landmarks of Plymouth, p. 2:107, either the dupe of, or the source of, this error). However, this work on p. 41/65 is written "in a later hand" and is demonstrably wrong. The first wife of John on p. 41/65 lived until 1738 so he could not have had a 2nd wife Ruth in 1734, and he had his own daughter Mary b. 1720, who, his will shows, married 1744/45 Amos Curtis, who clearly lived past 1734.]
