This Mary Ewing, daughter of George and Catherine Ewing has been identified as the wife of Richard Davidson (1722-1775) by several sources, but this Mary Ewing, b. abt. 1752 would have been too young to have had children born in the 1750-1765 time frame. Perhaps this Mary was a second wife to Richard, but other sources have the birthdate of the Mary Ewing that married Richard Davidson as abt. 1732, which would rule this Mary Ewing out as his wife. More research may be necessary to determine which Mary Ewing married Richard Davidson.
