  3. The Dunham Genealogy gives a birth date to Mary as "1642" and Patience of "8 Mar 1645." There was no daughter named Patience, and some family historians say that the "8 March" date belongs to Mary. Likewise the children assigned to Patience in this account, were actually Mary's children.
