    "Joseph Hart … married … Mary Bird who was born in Farmington, the daughter of Joseph3 and Mary (Steele) Bird. … He lived in the north parish of Farmington, called Northington or Nod, where he and his wife were among the original members of the church in 1751, and he was their first deacon; also a magistrate there; a shoemaker. His wife died there Jan. 23, 1774, and he died Mar. 10, 1777."
