Estate Records

Know all men by these presents, That we Edward Erwin, William Erwin & William Miller are held and firmly bound unto ___
Gentlemen, Justices of the Court of _______ county, now fitting, in the sum of Six hundred Dollars
To the payment whereof, well and truly to be made to the said Justices, and their successors, we bind ourselves, and each of us, our and each of our heirs, executors, and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals, this 24th day of July in the year of our Lord 1815 in the 40 [th] year of the Commonwealth.
The Condition of this obligation is such, that if the above bound Edward Wrwin & William Erwin executors of the last will and testament of Mary Erwin, deceased, do make or cause to be made, a true and perfect Inventory of all, the singular goods, chattels, and credits of the said deceased, which have or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of ___ the said.....
