• Vol. 2 - APRIL, 1793 (H to Y). - John Holmes vs. Martin Surface--Slander. Writ, May, 1732 (s/b 1792).

• Vol. 2 - Marriage Bond in Augusta County - 1795--December 15, Jacob Borrigar and Martin Surface, surety. Jacob Borrigar and Susannah Barrigar.

• Vol. 2 - Marriage Bond in Augusta County - 1795--December 15, Adam Lauks and Martin Surface, surety. Adam Lauks and Mary Rowler.

• Vol. 2 - Marriage Bond in Augusta County - 1799--July 17, Christian Surface and Martin Surface, surety. Christian Sirfes and Florence Crawford. Both of age. Christian and Martin are brothers.
