Carunchia Martha J "Mike", 65, of 229 Burnam St., Kendallville, died Thursday in her home. She was born in Kendallville on Feb. 22, 1921 to Frederick and Katherine F. (Grobert) Traster. She lived in Kendallville her whole life. She was married in Kendallville to Vincent J. Carunchia on June 5, 1941. He died in May 1971. They were part owners of the V&A Restaurant, Kendallville. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the Lady of the Moose. Surviving are two sons, Nick of Kendallville, and Vincent J. Jr. of San Francisco; one daughter, Mrs. Patricia Cowger of Fort Wayne; two brothers, Harry of South Milford, and Darrell "Skip" of Kendallville; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. One sister preceded her in death. Services will be Monday at Immaculate Conception Church. Burial, Lake View Cemetery. + 7-10-1986
