OCCUPATION: During the WW2 years worked in a munitions factoryin Edmonton area. After the war continued on a production line for steel containers (Metal Box Company).

NOTE: During the late forties had a holiday in Sussex with her aunt and cousin.

DEATH: From cancer. During final three months (after telling relatives), was hospitalised, then released to live with cousin Heather. Died in her sleep after steadily weakening, though in little pain. (Inf. Joan, her sister.) Cremated.

WILL: Body had been left for medical research - not possible because of the cancer.
