Watson, died May 27, 1979 at Scott Air Force Base Hospital. She was 62 years of age. Services were held May 30 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville. Internment was in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Mrs. Watson was a daughter of Carl and Anna Mae Villiger. She was a member of the Cahokia Mound Chapter of the DAR. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Mrs. James (Margaret) Rutledge of New Jersey; a son, William W. Watson of Anaheim, Calif.l and a sister, Mrs. Edwin (Vivian) Meyer of Little Rock, Ark., and two grandchildren. The Watsons had been spending part of the time in Barry and the remainder of each year at Belleville. Watson Jr. of Anaheim, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Edwin (Vivian) Meyer of Little Rock, Ark and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 30. at the Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville. Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis.
