Her name was Maria or Magaretha. Reinlaender Gemeinde Buch (RGB) 86-1, which records her marriage, calls her Maria with a footnote that "MGI calls her Margaretha". RGB 78-1b, 231-3, 235-1, 241-1 and 254-3, all pages for her children, call her Maria, although 231-3 includes the footnote "some records call her Margaretha". RGB 239-1, the page for her daughter Elisabeth's marriage, calls her Magaretha. According to GRANDMA[3], the 1816 Schoenwiese and Chortitza censuses call her Margaretha.
