M. L. Mains journal says year of death is 1916; also the death notice in the Herald-Voice newspaper in Belle Center, OH. Obituary from The Belle Center Herald Voice, Friday, Dec. 29 1916, states she had lived in Logan and Hardin counties until moving to Union County, Iowa in Oct. 1880. She died at her home in Thayer, Iowa at 80 yrs., 6 mos. and 25 days.
