I am not sure who this is, but it seems to be a child of James Marion Hopper and Mary Ann NIX. THE AGE MATCHES that of Nannie S. Hopper. I should be able to find them in the 1920 census in Texas

This is the wife of Elliott Hopper, They marriedin Texas, his father died, 1904, the family was still in Texas for the 1910 census, but apparently returned in mass, soon after that to Warrior, Etowah County, Alabama. Elliott died 1922, this is his widow in 1930 . All four of these cildren list born in Alabama, so they must have returned to Alabama prior to 1903.
