    MRS. MABLE LYNAM
    Mable Reid Lynam, daughter of John and Parlee Reid, was born on January 5, 1871 near Mill Grove, Missouri, and died at the nuring home in Howard, Kansas, November 5, 1956.
    On August 13, 1890, she married John Foster Lynam, who preceded her in death several years ago.
    To this union were born ten children, Grace, George, Rena, Marie, Ralph, Edith, Gladys, John, Paul and James. Marie and George preceded her in death.
    She lived near and in Moline for the past fifty years. She was a member of the Christian Church in Moline.
    Besides her children she leaves six grand children, eleven great grand children who will cherish her memory. Funeral services were held in the chapel of the Watt Funeral Home, Wednesday, Nov. 7, 1956, at 10:30 a.m. Rev. Ronnie Epps, minister of the Christian Church, officiated.
    Miss Alma Finney and Mrs. J. H. Thompson sang, "The Great Physician" and "Jesus Savior Pilot Me," accompanied by Mrs. Elwinnie Tucker at the organ.
    Pall bearers were Eldon Sheel, Ralph Edwards, Francis Frazier, Clair Horn, John Leffingwell and Jack Wilson. Interment services were held in the Moline Cemetery.
    Out of town relatives who attended the funeral of Mrs. Lynam were Mr. & Mrs. Harold Swisher of Wichita, son-in-law; James Lynam, son of Moberly, Mo; Rena and Austin Robison, daughter and son-in-law, Wichita; Grace Derby, New York City, daughter; Mrs. and Mrs. Paul Lynam, son, of Electra Texas. A daughter, Gladys of Los Angeles was unable to attend. (Harold Swisher was a grandson)
