[Note: this birth conflicts with Dorothy born 26 Mar 1731. As indicated, it comes from church records, and so, unlike the other siblings, it is not found in the handwritten records online (e.g., Dorothy and Edmund p. 11, Sarah p. 8). Source:Ward, Andrew Henshaw. Genealogical History of the Rice Family : Descendants of Deacon Edmund Rice, p. 77, does not list a Lydia in this family. Dorothy married 1754 Phineas Maynard, but no subsequent sign of a Lydia is found. Chances are this is really a baptism for Dorothy recorded under the wrong name.]
