Will of Luke Gardner of St. Mary's County, Maryland, dated 04 December 1673 and proved on 12 August 1674. :Eldest son Richard got Barberton Manor.
Next son John received part of St. Johns.
Son Luke was willed 300 acres of St. Johns and tracts named Hillilee and Gardner's Land in St. Mary's County and Grimditch in Charles County.
