NOTE many connections to other Braught lines and Ritter/Riter family, as well as other Reddin lines. Also connected to Owen family. Bruner family also at Joy, IL same time (see Lora Bruner and Homer Braught). Lucinda Jane data important to these connections, but hard data is still needed for each. Paternal grand-parents = David Braught and Mary Ann Sprecher. Janice Reddin, CGA, said that "aunt Lu kept family records in the bathtub, took care of Catherine Reddin, her mother-in-law in her old age, and corresponded frequently with relatives often."
