 They could be the Levi & Louisa Williams in the census for Sherburne, Fleming Co., Kentucky. They named one of their sons John Wesley, same as Louisa's brother.
 In the 1860 census for Elizaville, Fleming Co., Kentucky, Levi O. Williams is 27, farmer; and Louiza is 19 -- married within the year, both born Kentucky. {p. 836}
In the 1870 census for Sherburne, Fleming Co., Kentucky, Levi O. Williams is a farmer, age 37 born Kentucky;  Louisa is 28; Alice, 9; Edward 7; Jno W 5; Rebecca 3; Frances A. 4 mos. -- all born in Kentucky. {p.501} NOTE: Neighbors include Wm Williams 76, and James Williams 48.
 In the 1880 census for Sherburne, Fleming Co., Kentucky, Levi O. Williams is a farmer, age 47 born Kentucky (father Kentucky, mother Virginia)  Wife Louisa is 38, born Kentucky, (father Delaware, mother Kentucky).  Their children are Allice 19; Edward 17; Wesley, 15; Rebecca 13; Francis 10; Julia 9; Wm. M. 5; and James T. 7 months -- all born in Kentucky. {p.413a}

 In 1900 census for Lee, Jessamine Co., Kentucky, Levi O. Williams is 68 born Apr 1883 in Kentucky (father KY, mother Maryland), 'shoemaker', widowed; with daughter Pearl born Dec 1885. Next door is James Williams, 20, b. Nov 1879 KY, with wife Fannie.
