geni:about_me Louis Borissow continued in the clerical profession of his Finnish ancestors. His grandfather, great grandfather, second, third and fourth grandfather were Lutheran ministers in Finland.

He received his M.A. degree on 14 October 1869 at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge.

He was the Master and Headteacher of The Royal Latin School in Buckingham, England from 1869 to 1871 and after that a long-time (1871-1901) Chaplain and Precentor of Trinity College at Cambridge University.
