DEATH: Mrs. Joseph Binns passed to the life eternal, April 6, 1873, aged 29 years, leaving her beloved husband and son, and a wide circle of friends and acquaintances to mourn her untimely taking away. (See Memoirs of Lenawee County - Ed. Richard I.Bonner - 1909). Above is at odds with Obituary File for LenaweeCounty and with Bowen's Indexes to Lenawee Cemetery Records,both giving the date as 1 February 1877.

CONFLICT: Appears as Levina (Gunder Family Tree) and Melvina (Ferguson document). Is also referred to as Lucy in other sources.
