    Mrs. Laura Brucker, wife of John Brucker, died this morning at 8 o'clock at St. Joseph's hospital, death being due to cancer. She was 58 years of age. Mrs. Drucker was brought to the hospital from her home in Pulaski about two weeks ago. The remains today were taken to Pulaski on the 1:20 Panhandle train and the funeral will take place at a time to be announced later. Mrs. Brucker is survived by her husband [and] seven children, the latter being Mrs. Frances Ringen, Curry, Minn.; Clarence Brucker, Monon, Ind.; Mrs. Lelah Meyers, and Mrs. Effie Umberauer, Garrett, Ind.; John Brucker of Winamac, Ind.; Joseph and Miss Laura Brucker, who reside at the home place in Pulaski. There are also two surviving brothers, Frank Mattox of Plymouth and Purman Mattox of Wolcott, Ind.
