According to the G W Harrison genealogy^S1: Katherine's father, George William Harrison, was the brother of Benjamin Harrison, the 23rd President of the United States. Katherine's grandfather, John Scott Harrison was a farmer and congressman. Katherine's great-grandfather, William Henry Harrison, was the 9th President of the United States. (William Henry Harrison was the oldest man to become President until Ronald Reagan became President. He holds the record for the longest inauguration speech - 1 and 1/2 hours. He was also the first President to die in office. He died exactly one month after becoming President.) Katherine's great-great grandfather, Benjamin Harrison V was a signer of the Declaration of Independence.

Analysis However, George William Harrison, who was born about 1824, is not listed among the children of John Scott Harrison, the father of President Benjamin Harrison (twenty-third President,) and the son of William Henry Harrison (ninth President.) Therefore, the above claim cannot be substantiated at this time.
