This agrees with Josephine being their 4th child. This record is important because it is the only record I've found which gives the parent's birth locations. The 1880 Census shows Josephine's parents living in Wood County, West Virginia. It looks as they moved across the Ohio River to Belpre sometime between 1895 and 1898.
