There are 2 birth records for his daughter, Josephine; the 1st if for an unnamed female b 1 Apr 1892 in Parkersburg, the fourth child for the parents Charles and Cora Jackson. This agrees with Josephine being their 4th child. This record is important because it is the only record I've found which gives both parents' birth locations. The 1880 Census shows Georgia's parents living in Wood County, West Virginia. It looks as they moved across the Ohio River to Belpre sometime between 1895 and 1898.
