The grocery and mill business was already half owned by his older brother Desire. His mother received half as community property. The six lots were apparently not sold at this time. Father's name Will CAHILL, born in Louisville KY (Warrenbourg, MO crossed out); mother Alice HORNAN [? HOMAN?], born in Warrenbourg, MO. Witness was Mrs. C. LAMPTON, residence Los Angeles. Person performing ceremony on 9 May 1913 was E[dwin] J. INWOOD, Methodist [Episcopal] minister, residence Santa Ana. [Why were two Catholics, wife very devout, married by a Protestant minister?] !OCCUPATION: Booklet called "The Estimator, For Building Costs;" printed with "Fred J.
