Joseph, born Oct. 15, 1742. ... married Hannah, probably Hannah Cummings, daughter of Ephraim (15, vi). She died Dec. 7, 1766. He married second, being then of Swanzey, N. H., May 6, 1777, Lucy Warren, of Groton. He resided in Swanzey, on the Spragueville road, near the present location of the schoolhouse. Removed to Sullivan, N. H., about 1800. Thought also to have removed later to Canada.
