Pierre BOURG, born about 1733 in the parish of St. Pierre and St. Paul [Cobequid] in Acadie, son of Abraham & Marie TERRIOT. He married 1st about 1758 to Marguerite-Josephe DUGAST [no parents given]. As a widower Joseph disembarked at St. Malo on 23 Jan 1759 from one of the "Five ships;" he resided at Plouer from 1759-1760. He married 2nd on 30 Jun 1760 at Pleurtuit, Ille-et-Vilaine [France] to Marie-Madeleine GRANGER, daughter of Joseph & Angelique RICHARD and widow of Alain BUGEAUD (family #218); six children. They resided at St. Coulomb from 1760-1766.

He is traveling with his [2nd] wife Marie Magdelene GRANGER, age 54, and four children, plus two nieces [of his wife's, the daughters of Alexandre DAIGLE & Elizabeth GRANGER].
    Further reference to ACADIAN EXILES IN NANTES, #58 lists him as son of Abraham & Marie THERIOT; he married 1760 to Marie-Madeleine GRANGER.
