MISCELLANEOUS_NOTES: Knaresborough MM minutes [Carlton Hill A3, pp511,514 10 xi, 8 xi1794] to the grant of a removal certificate to Joseph Andrews,then (probably already) in Newcastle MM on an apprenticeship.The certificate was given to Benjamin Hustler for onward transmission; no copy appears to survive at Carlton Hill. No reference to return of Joseph to Knaresborough MM; perhaps the reference to something in 1811 in Sunderland MM occurs becauseof his mother's death. Also see Sunderland MM records for this period.
