    "33. Jonathan3 Willard (John2, Simon1), born at Concord, April 28, 1701; married first, in 1722, Sarah _____, who died January 16, 1729/30. He married second, Abigail _____. He sold his property in Concord October 29, 1733, and removed to 'Upper Hoosatonuck,' later called Sheffield, Berkshire County. Bought land in 1743. Was one of the settlers who bought land of the Indians October 29, 1756. He sold to his relative, Simon Davis, his rights in lands granted to Narragansett soldiers belonging to the heirs of Thomas Rowlison. 'Jonathan Willard, of Sheffield, millwright,' sold a tract of land April 20, 1759. His descendants are scattered through New York and the western states."
