    14 Feb "1742 or 3": Accounting of Alles Peabody adm'x allowed.
    25 Mar 1743: Return of commission which inventories "Real Estate of Jonathan peabody Late of Boxford decd", set off widow's thirds to alliss peabody; judged remaing two thirds "not capable of division"; and viewed "land which was set out to John peabody aboves'd and do judge that he hath more than enough for a duble share in the whole Estate" [John called "eldest son" in the warrant authorizing this commission].
