    Note Jonah Gibbs married Sarah Townsend and removed to New York. They conveyed land in Salisbury to his sister Anna Gibbs who married Gilbert Dench.

    " ...We .Jonas Gibbs & Sarah Gibbs of Gerry in the County of Worcester Gentleman &
    Spinster for & in consideration of one hundred & eighty two Pounds ten Shillings lawful money
    paid by Gilbert Dench of Hopkinton ... Gentleman ... convey unto him the said Gilbert Dench
    ... forever one certain tract or parcel of land lying & being in Sudbury containing one hundred
    acres ... 24 November 1789 [witnesses:] John Johnson Jonas Ball [acknowledged same day] Be
    it remembered whereas the above named Jonas Gibbs has signed a Bond of even date of this
    Obligation for the sum of 182 pounds 10 shillings when said Bond is paid I hereby engage to
    give him the [said] Jonas an Acquittance to the above demised Premises. Gilbert Dench. [written
    in margin:] all People whom this presents shall come Greeting Know you that we
    Gibbs & Sarah Gibbs of Pleasant Valley in the State ofNew York for & in consideration of300
    pounds lawful money paid us by Gilbert Dench of Hopkinton ... do release discharge & forever
    release unto the said Gilbert Dench ... all right of redeeming the within described lands or
