- p.2 Indenture 9 December 1769 between William Blackerby of the county of Northumberland to Johnson Riveer of the county of Lancaster for the affection which he hath for the said Johnson Riveer who married the daughter of the said William Blackerby and for divers good causes doth assign all that tract of land lying in the county of Lancaster which descended unto him by the death of his father, James Blackerby, and bounded on the main branch of Morattico Swamp and containing 25 acres.
