John Schwartz (October 27, 1793 – June 20, 1860) was an Anti-Lecompton Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Pennsylvania from 1859 to 1860.

DIED In Washington ciy on Wed. last the 20th, instant, at 11 p.m.. Hon.John Schwartz, member of Congress from the Berks district, in the 67th year of his age. His funeral will take place this afternoon at 2pm, from his late residence in S. 5th St. near Chestnut. All friends and relatives are invited to attend without further notice.
