Transcription of Will of John Peavyhouse, 1806 Wayne Co., KY:
My last will & testament hereby revoking all others as ... wills or testaments by me heretorfore ... in ... whereof I have hereunto set my name and ... the 19 day of March 1819.
I give all my rite and ... in the land of the county aforesaid to my son John after my death and accept my testament as long as I live; likewise one young breeding mare to raise, all the benefit of his own kind, not to sell him without will. LIkewise, I give my son, George M. another young breeding mare to make out of her what he can for his own benefit after my death to be his. ... but not to sell her without my will. I likewise give another young mare to my son Daniel to raise and to benefit out of her what he caan for his own benefit but not to sell her without my will, after my death. I likewise give another young mare to my son Christopher to raise all the benefit out of her for his own benefit but not to sell her without my will.
This is my last will ... this day of 1 March 1806.
