  3.   Copy of his will dated 6 February 1803 in Augusta County chancery cause index no. 1824-038 (Peterfish vs. Monger); court note at bottom of will copy indicates it was presented at Rockingham April court 1803. None of the children are mentioned by name in the will, only his wife, Catherine. County Court Order Book 7 p. 246, under court date 20 April 1803 records order for appraisal of his estate.
