- Names "well beloved wife Elizabeth", gives her one third part of his estate.
- Names son Daniel Kennedy, gives him fifty acres of land, part of a Tract of same called Dubline lyng next Lukes Cabbie Branch.
- Names son Francis, gives him fifty acres of the said Tract lying next the plantation of John Corks [?].
- Names two sons John and Thomas, gives them the "Dwelling plantation whereon I now live being the remainder of the Said Tract of land called Dubline to be equally divided between them".
- Names "Loved wife" sole Executor of his Last Will and Testament.
