The fact that the place is not certain implies that this is not taken from a christening record. The dates of the older children in the same family are clearly identified as baptism dates. It is assumed, therefore, that this represents a birth date rather than a baptism date (possibly a date self-reported later in life). Given the discovery of a baptism date of 29 Jun 1633 in Great Missenden, it is assumed that the birth date is incorrect by 2 years and should be 1633.
