    John Fletcher died 18 April 1662 (Milford Vital Records). He married before 1641 Mary Ward who died Farmington, Conn. 22 January 1678 (church record, First Congregational Society, Milford) dau of Richard and Joyce. She married/2 John Clark of Saybrook and Milford, Conn. He was a freeplanter in Milford having lot #12, 2 acres 3 rods and 30 poles, West River near present school. He came from Wethersfield, Conn, and admitted to the church in Milford 14 November 1641. He was a Deputy to the New Haven Legislature May 1659 and May 1661.
