1844 - Robert and Sarah McCulloch (his wife Mary's parents) gifted "John Dunn and Polly, his wife" a tract of land in Washington County for $1. The land was situated on the north side of the North Fork of the Holston River and included 80 acres. John and Polly already lived on the land.
