- Greene Co., TN Deed, 1807: 130. The execution of one other deed of conveyance from Nicholas Coffman to Joseph Nulen, dated 7th August 1807, for one hundred and thirty acres of land on the War Branch of Lick Creek, was duly proven in Open Court by the Oaths of Benjamin Vanpelt and Nathan Davis two of the subscribing witnesses thereto and admitted to record. [Greene County, Tennessee Deeds, 1802-1818].
- Greene Co., TN Deed, 1809: 125. The execution of a deed of conveyance from Joseph Davis to Nicholas Coffman, dated 16th October 1809, for one hundred and twenty five acres of land on the North side of Lick Creek, was duly proven in Open Court by the Oaths of Christopher Haun and Daniel Bryan two of the subscribing witnesses thereto and admitted to record.
