His wid. m. a Spencer, and d. 9 Jan. 1683. Very difficult it may be at Saybrook to arrange all the Johns, for a gravestone at Lyme, the E. part, formerly, of S. stands over one, wh. d. 1719, aged 82, of wh. I find not b. Possib. the numeral may be wrong."
