  • Page 432.--22d May, 1782. Enos Atwater and Annahellena to Moses Early, William Crawford, John Beach, one-half acre in Staunton whereon Enos now lives, formerly occupied by Wm. Gilham and Thomas Smith, fronting the house and lot of the late Rodger North, deceased, conveyed to Enos by Gilham.
  • Page 14.--11th June, 1782. Moses Estey and John Beach to William Crawford, grantors and grantee had purchased in partnership a lot and house in Staunton from Enos Attwaters. Grantors authorize grantee to sell as grantors are about to leave the State. Teste: Val. White, Thos. Smith. Enos Atwater.
  • Page 163.--28th April, 1788. William Crawford, Moses Eastey, surviving partners of themselves and John Beach, deceased, who were joint tenants, to Robert McCulloch, now of the town of Staunton, part of lot 13 in Staunton, opposite George Wilson's lot, now Philip North's.
