English Translation: No. 107: In the year 1877, 13th day of the month April, have appeared before us, undersigned, Official of the Burgerlijke Stand of the Gemeente Ferwerderadeel, Province Friesland, Gerrit Sijtses Swart, 27 years old, laborer, living in Ferwerd. Who stated that, on the 12th of April in the year above, at 12:00 p.m. in Ferwerd a child has been born of male gender to Dirkje Johannes de Vries, his wife, without occupation, living with him, he declared the child to be given the name Johannes.
