JESSE BAYLES. Will dated 26 June 1790.
Sons William and Jesse to divide equally the land on Cheat R. where we now live. To son David: 200 a. on fork of Binnomum. To son Adin: 200 a. To dau. Peggy Bayles: £6. Daus. Mary Jeyce, Tietsey Jeyce, Petty [Betty?] Bayles and Phebe Bayles to divide equally 400 a. on Tygart Valley fork, Peggy to have first choice.
Land on Muddy Cr. to be sold.
Widow Moore not to be disturbed from the place she is now living during her widowhood.
